Why Customers Trust Me

I’ve got 590 five-star reviews on Google from real customers, and I reply to nearly every one myself. I’ll always give you a straight answer, whether that means a quick fix or telling you it’s time to replace something. My goal is for you to trust me enough to call again next time, not just this once.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dale was very helpful with my GE washer issues. He spent time with me on the phone trying to understand exactly what the problems were and possible solutions. He did offer to come take a look and see what we could find but recommended a certified GE repair specialist because of the issues. Either way he spent time trying to help me over the phone and wouldn’t let me pay him for his time. This is rare nowadays and I appreciate that he wanted to help.
Thanks Dale, keeping your number handy.
